Terms of Trade

CANCELLATION AND GROUP BOOKING POLICY

  • Cancellation within 1 day of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • 7 day cancellation policy applies to Easter, Anzac, Matariki, Queen's Birthday and Labour long weekends. Plus 24 Dec to 8 Jan 2023. Cancellation with 7 days incurs a forfeit of 100% of total booking.
  • No shows incur a forfeit of 100% of total booking.
  • Once a booking is paid for it is non-refundable.
  • There is no refund for early check outs.

Group Bookings

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is needed when the booking is made.
  • Balance of payment due 30 days prior to check in.

Credit Card Payment Policy

The name “Breakwater Motel” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.

All transactions will be billed in NZD Dollars
